The Norfolk Penthouses, located on the waterfront at Kurraba Point in Neutral Bay, have been completed. Each of the penthouses in the building spans an entire floor and takes full advantage of the uninterrupted views of the water and the Sydney Harbour Bridge beyond.
The roof slab of the under-construction Rose Bay House was poured recently. Several complex concrete geometries are incorporated into the otherwise unassuming roof as a testament to the efforts and skill of all those involved in bringing this project to life.
